Vivian and I have began touring churches in the southern states still as The Wonder Kids. Before we only toured within Tennessee, but once mother came to Nashville she arranged with the National Baptist Convention and now we're going to parts of different states each month. We are receiving several hundred dollars as our salary. We both became the best-dressed little girls in the country. We know there's more to come.
Your blog is beautiful and the person is also amazing. How did you decide on how to choose your person?
ReplyDeleteReally I just looked up African American women in history and searched under singers, poets, actresses, etc. basically things that interest me and that I may be able to relate to or that could teach me things than can help me with my future.
